  The staff has a high turnover rate. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kuemmerle and Dr. Block for more than 2 years and I’ve seen a lot of staff come and go. Of course, my Doctors are the best. They listen and care. I know that the staff sucks, as they sometimes don’t call to confirm an appointment or do what they say they’ll do. But you know what? I come here for the Doctors, not for the staff. I’m pretty sure this problem exists for other places too.
