  Moved out of state and hired Golden Key Properties to manage my residential property and my experience has been fantastic. Leslie and Adrienne have been amazing at making sure I am comfortable and all of my questions were answered (first timer). I would highly recommend this company to anyone, you will definitely be in great hands!

  The other reviews are spam and bots, really the only honest reviews are the 1 stars. This property management company not only yelled at me every time I was on the phone with them, but didn't fix problems with my apartment and their solution was for me to replace it myself. I went 1 year and a half without a ceiling light and lit my entire apartment with lamps. If it weren't for the cheap apartment at a good location I would have never worked with Golden Key, they're a bunch of slum lords.

  We were buying a retirement home out of town and had settled on Carlsbad. We lived in the Bay area 600 miles away and wanted someone to look after the property for us. My broker put me in touch with Leslie at Golden Key properties. Leslie was both helpful and very informative about the rental market in Carlsbad and I felt confident using her and the company. Within one week of closing the property, Leslie had already met me at the property, taken photos advised me on the value of the property and put it online. We managed to rent our home out within one week and they have been looking after it ever since. They fix any problems very quickly and are very prompt to deal with emergencies which takes all the pressure off us. Very quick to correspond and ask us about repairs. Would not hesitate to recommend Leslie and Golden Key if you are looking to rent out your property in the Carlsbad area.
