  This morning I received an email from John Stevenson Heating & Air; I called them and the young lady who answered the phone was very helpful got me an appointment an hour after I spoke to her...she was able to get her dispatch to squeeze me in. The Technician got here at around 9:00am, he was clean very courteous. He put on his booties and started working. He spent about an hour and a half here, very thorough and he answered all my questions. Excellent customer service!

  I was fortunate to have found these guys during a plumbing disaster on Thanksgiving Day, 2016. I called six different plumbers and these guys were the only one that called back. They fixed my problem quickly. I was extremely grateful and called them again when my business had a disaster in 2017. Travis came out and surveyed the problem and got right on a water heater replacement. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Problem, once again, SOLVED. 2018...my home is on the market, potential buyers are coming to see the place and there is NO hot water. Travis comes to the rescue again. Diagnoses the problem, obtains the materials needed to do the job and AGAIN saves the day with a replacement for my 14 year old water heater. He did a GREAT job replacing the crazy plumbing setup that was there. My neighbors had their done by Travis at the same time. They were extremely pleased with his work and the outcome. John Stevenson Plumbing and his guy Travis are the ONLY plumbers I'll ever call when I need a plumber.
