  I’m only giving it two stars because the gentleman who checked us in and the one who checked us out had lovely personalities and were polite and really helpful. Other wise I was extremely disappointed and appalled that another one of the hotel workers was yelling and pounding on the door of the guests room next to ours at 3 or 4 am for an extended period of time. I had To open my room door to see what was going on. She said the guest was not supposed to be there still because their bill wasn’t taken care of. I understand That concern. HOWEVER, what I don’t understand is why it had to be attended too at 3/4 IN THE MORNING when the other guests are sleeping?! This could have been handled in a completely different manner so as not to have interrupted the rest of the rooms.
