  Very bad experience, this restaurant is going downhill. We reserved the Pope’s table and when we got seated it was very poorly cleaned, with pasta all over the place and trash underneath the table. After that it got worst:
  
  1. It took at least 25 min to get the entrees and it just arrived one, the second one we had to wait another 15 min and the tomatoes where green.
  
  2. There was no cutlery, since they forgot to set it up.
  
  3. We ask for some Sangria and literally 20 min after the waiter came in to tell us that they had ran out of it.
  
  4. The extra plates we asked for came in dirty, there was literally pasta leftovers over all of them.
  
  5. The wine we ordered is really bad, and it was the house “finest”. Never order wine from this place. Even the waiter agreed.
  
  The food was good but the experience was really bad, we didn’t have a single compensation neither the manager at least stoped by.
  
  Not our first time but surely the last.

  Best chain Italian restaurant PERIOD. This location has super friendly service and it was only a 5 min wait for my fiance and I. Recommend you bring a group of people to split with because the portions are huge.
