  A complete waste of time and money, Dan Burke will sit in his office with a cigarette smoldering stare at you, tell you what you want to hear, ask for a retainer deposit, and then shuffle you of to some new law school graduate. All of this behind the safety of his steel cage of bars at the front entrance.
  
  On my first day of court Dan Burke shows up late... forgot my case file... and his cell phone, at which point he asked to borrow mine, and then proceed to ask the court for an extension. Dan Burke is not the attorney you want to represent you in court; avoid this guy if you can.
