  I am EXTREMELY frustrated with Dr. Proshkina and her office. I had not read the reviews before I booked my appointment -- my bad! Make sure to read ALL the Yelp reviews before you make your decision.
  
  This office is into insurance gouging. They look for things to bill to your insurance and they are dishonest.
  
  I moved here a year ago looking for a new doctor. I called Dr. Proshkina's office to schedule a Wellness appointment which is covered by insurance at 100%. I was very clear with the receptionist on the phone that this was a WELLNESS visit.
  
  After my appointment I found out they billed my insurance for allergy tests and a new doctor visit saying that I had complained of fatigue. I never complained of fatigue I said that I wanted to get a blood test, which was included in my wellness appointment to see if I could possibly be low in iron. NO ONE ever told me this would change my appointment status, not even the doctor.
  
  Then they ask you all kinds of questions to "gather information on you" and what they are really doing is digging for information to bill your insurance. Shame on them!
  
  When I called back they said they would go back to the doctor and bill it correctly. They never did. I AM NOT dishonest. I will pay the bill but I will never go back there and hope that this review helps other people from getting scammed by Scripps and Dr. Proshkina. It is a sad world when the doctors you are supposed to trust the most are more interested in the $ than the person they are supposed to be helping.
