  This is certainly a reflection of the Hoehn and it’s Mercedes dealership. But I’m writing to highlight the work of my exemplary service rep, Mike Shaffer.
  He is a humble professional and is diligent with an incredible retention for the specifics of my car needs and individual queries that I greatly appreciate; Mike is impressively responsive by phone or text as needed; has an exceptional attitude— energy and humor especially—and is always thoroughly solutions oriented. I look forward to each service of my vehicle— both scheduled and impromptu— due entirely to the confidence I have in my service rep.
