  Kara Courtney, Real Estate Consultant with Windermere Homes and Estates in Carlsbad, California is the most incredible agent I have ever had the opportunity to have represent my interests. Since arriving in California almost 20 years ago, we have purchased and sold 8 properties. The best experience has been the most recent using Kara! Of course, like most good Real Estate agents she is knowledgeable, diligent, responsive and full of integrity. Many things set Kara apart from my previous agents. First, she really listened to our needs and wants and gave us honest, expert advice. Secondly, she marketed my property in creative ways that insured maximum exposure on all social networking and real estate sites. She hired the best photographer and videographer. Besides the best possible pictures, she had a drone video of our home and area of town and even 3-D walkthrough video. Kara was willing to hold as many open houses as we desired (we had over 80!) and encouraged us throughout the process, giving us weekly updates and feedback on the open houses. She was totally invested in helping us get what WE wanted which wasn’t a Quick sale, but top dollar no matter how long it took . She never lost interest or focus and was always reachable. Finally, when it comes to follow-up and negotiations, Kara is the best. I can not recommend Kara highly enough and know you will be thrilled with her level of service, especially if you have bought or sold properties through any other realtor. If I could give her 10 stars I would!
